MATTRESS & BOXSPRING RECYCLING
One mattress can take up as much as 40 cubic feet in a landfill – making it that much more important to recycle your old one.
90% of the contents of a typical mattress are recyclable.
Each mattress is broken down manually. The edges of the mattress are cut and the cotton fabric and foam are removed.
Steel from the mattress springs and frame are recycled at the local scrap yard, where it's returned to the steel mills.
Baled Foam / Padding
The stuffing of a mattress, which is made up of cotton and foam, can be recycled or reused for stuffing pillows, reupholstering furniture, but primarily re-used in carpet padding.
We love to partner with mattress retailers, hotels, universities, and other businesses.
